IDEAS WITH WINGS

A team of physicists in Scotland late last year unravelled the long-held mystery behind the flight of the dandelion - a tiny and very special invisible bubble of air generated above each seed which acts as a vortex keeping it aloft longer. Tiny everyday miracles of science and design, these flowers have held children and scientists alike in a state of wonder for countless years. This simple genius spreads its seed with efficiency and reliability, it is the elegance and sophistication of nature in motion.  Just as the seeds of a dandelion spread effortlessly on the wind, we hope that a few of the thoughts shared in this blog might also float far and wide. These ideas are both temporal and liminal; providing possibilities for consideration rather than recipes for practice.  In the spirit of Eulalia Bosch's 'Short Stories with Long Endings', this blog Constant Conversations - Unpacking Pedagogy offers space and time for wondering and elaborating, reflecting and questioning; a few small moments where new ideas may spread their wings and act as possible pollinators for practice.

We hope you'll join us ...
